Grace Zabriskie

Grace Zabriskie is an American actress. She has appeared in many popular American films, but she is best known for her work in television, including roles in the television series Twin Peaks, Seinfeld and Big Love.

Zabriskie was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, the daughter of Marion Grace and Roger Thomas Tom Caplinger. Her mother had distant Polish ancestry, and was a relative of James Zabriskie, a 19thcentury railroad industrialist and early pioneer of California. Zabriskie has said that her family was visited by Tennessee Williams, Gore Vidal and Truman Capote during her childhood.
